Nothing bring downs the appetite like water, lots and lots of water. Start out with one big bottles of 1.5l in the morning and carry one with you to work or wherever you go. Freeze half of them the night before and they will last all day, even in a hot car. Keep some unfrozen so they will be ready to drink immediately.Yes. You will have to make more frequent bathroom trips, but it is worth it. Drink your 250ml of water before dinner, if possible, so you're not up half the night going to the bathroom.Water not only fills you up and lessens your appetite, it prevents those hunger we all encounter when our blood sugar drops and we want some cookies, candy, ice cream, fries or other high calorie treats. 3. Eat fruits, vegetables, grains, low-fat dairy products and small amounts of protein. Avoid sweets and other processed foods.

5. Find your spiritual self. Discover what inspires you, raises your level of consciousness, motivates you, and satisfies your soul.
6. Exercise your brain. Read, study, solve problems, and learn new skills. As does the body, the brain atrophies with lack of use.

Issues of people being health conscious!!
Based on recent findings, i've observed that more and more people are being health conscious. In today's worlds, there are enormous amount of people enrolling themselves into fitness centers. This reflects their changing lifestyle to more fitness and health oriented.Medical researchers has come to discover various diseases which are being found in today's health era. As a result, this has led to many fitness centers being opened to cater mainly to working individuals who does not have much time to get involve in outdoor activities such as sports, etc. What i'm trying to emphasize people here is that do workout more towards a healthy lifestyle.
