how 2 manage your stress

For every one hour of work, take a five minute break and stretch, walk, or meditate. With just a few minutes of relaxation or doing something other than work, you'll increase your physical activity as well as productivity and feel better throughout the day.

hey its true takn a 5 min break does make lots of diff whn ur piled up wif lots of work n most of us do not do it...meditating is also a very gud idea as it helps to keep our mind peaceful and apart from that perhaps u cud also tell us hw else n what other ways we cn manage stress...because stress is sumthin majority faces in their daily lives...so anyway juz wana tell u tht its a great topic kp up ur work man...

I find the best way to handle stress is to take a 55 minute break after 5 minutes of work!!!

hey that is very useful information..but the problem is that everytime when im doing my exercise the break is always much longer then the work..so can you suggest anything for that???

Taking 5 mins break away from your work does make a big difference! for me, i manage stress by listening to my music!

Care for Yourself:
• Exercise regularly/eat right
• Get enough sleep
• Take time to play
It may be hard for the student to believe, but they have choices. They need to determine their choices. Choices need to be analyzed to whether they will increase/ decrease stress levels.


The choice of specialty by the student needs to be assessed to whether the specialty has a stress level that is manageable for the individual. The central point to managing yourself is taking care of yourself. These may be things you “preach” to your patients; yet, may not practice yourself.


Taking care of yourself is essential. Perhaps even more important is regularly reminding yourself of your values as a person rather than allowing situations and circumstances to determine it. It is important to keep physically fit and exercise regularly.


Numerous studies have shown that exercise can increase self-esteem, relieve anxiety, improve attentiveness, dissipate stress, and elevate mood.

I agree that to take a rest after work because it is really needed! I have an experience in doing my assignment by using about 5 or 6 hours without rest. It was really a terrible experience and it was tired. Some more, my neck was pain too! After that, I tried to rest and moving my body to somewhere for rest after a period of doing work. And I found it was great and it can reduce my stress! So, rest after work is necessary.

To handle stress, do the following;

Read a book like Dr Ian does
Go to the temple like Mr Baldev does
Listen to music like Natalie does
Go for shopping like Dilnoza does
Meditate like Navitha does
Do dancing like Swagata does
Watch Anime like Lee Ling does
Sleep like what Shing Yau needs
Punch the wall like what my buddy used to do
Smoke a ciggy like you do with the guys

I guess everyone has a way to destress themselves but importantly, know when to do so as not to get a burnout.

Right now, I need to break from checking blogs for a leak!!Been seating for 2 hours non-stop....

Построить дом можно и своими руками. Но, сказать по правде - это не будет очень быстро, тем более, если у вас нет достаточного опыта. Ввиду отсутствия опыта дом будет строится медленно и возможно допущение определенных ошибок. Лучше доверить строительство профессионалам.
