water works for weight loss? do you know that.....

Nothing bring downs the appetite like water, lots and lots of water. Start out with one big bottles of 1.5l in the morning and carry one with you to work or wherever you go. Freeze half of them the night before and they will last all day, even in a hot car. Keep some unfrozen so they will be ready to drink immediately.Yes. You will have to make more frequent bathroom trips, but it is worth it. Drink your 250ml of water before dinner, if possible, so you're not up half the night going to the bathroom.Water not only fills you up and lessens your appetite, it prevents those hunger we all encounter when our blood sugar drops and we want some cookies, candy, ice cream, fries or other high calorie treats. Water also cleans up and reduce the level of toxin in our body. So now start splashing more n more water peepz........

You are right, water can work for weight loss and it helps to improve complexion problem. But, remember do not always drink too much in a day because it will increase your weiht again! I don't know how to call that, is a kind of problem caused by drinking too much water. Anyway, water is still good for health. Good topic you have!

Are u sure that water reli makes a person go thinner, are there any surveys been done regarding this to prove ur fact that it reli helps to lose weight. would like to know more regarding this, and by drinking water would it actually stop a person from getting hungry? please advise.

though it seems difficult for a person to take care of drinking water where ever he goes, it seems to be an affective way. today people are running behind different methods and fitness centers and techniques to loss weight. Simple measures like this would be more effective in a simple way.
